At BOTTOM UP FRIGHT INDIA PVT LTD, we strive to deliver the best-quality packaging solutions tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
• To request a return, notify us at support@bottomsup.co.in within 3 days of product delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging for return eligibility.
• Custom-made products (with your branding or design) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

• If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via NEFT/IMPS transfer.

3. Replacements

• For defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping

• For approved returns, shipping charges will be borne by BOTTOM UP FRIGHT INDIA PVT LTD.

• In all other cases, customers will bear the cost of return logistics.

5. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

• After this window, cancellations are not accepted for custom orders already in production.

6. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
